Order Processing 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receipt. 
  • Because we produce in small batches, shipments may occasionally take an additional day—please allow up to 5 business days for processing in peak periods. 
  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. 

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery 

  • Domestic shipping (within India): We use reliable courier services (e.g., [Local courier names]) and estimate delivery in 3-7 business days from dispatch. 
  • International shipping (if applicable): Delivery times will vary by destination and customs, typically 7-21 business days depending on location. 
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a dispatch notification and tracking number by email. 
  • If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address (including a P.O. Box if not serviced), this may delay your delivery. Please check your details at checkout. 

Shipping Costs 

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location, weight of the package, and selected shipping speed. 
  • Any duties, taxes or customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility. 

Lost, Stolen or Severely Delayed Packages 

  • If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, or the package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. 
  • We will work with the courier to investigate; however, once the package is confirmed delivered to the address you provided, we cannot be held responsible for theft or mis-delivery. 

Packaging & Care in Transit 

  • Because our products are handmade and contain natural, sometimes delicate ingredients, we’ve chosen packaging that protects them in transit while being as sustainable as possible.
