Because each item is made using natural ingredients and artisanal processes, slight variations in colour, scent or appearance may occur between batches — these differences are a reflection of our craft and do not affect the quality or performance of the products. 

No Returns for Change of Mind 
Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns for purchases made simply because you changed your mind, or because you expected a different colour or scent. This policy helps us maintain the viability of our small-batch production and keeps waste to a minimum.

Exchanges or Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Items 
We are committed to ensuring you receive products in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged in transit or contains a manufacturing fault, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence of the issue. 
If we verify the damage or fault, we will, at our discretion: 

  • offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability); or 
  • offer a refund or store credit equal to the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). 
    This exception ensures fair treatment of genuine issues, while maintaining our “no returns for change of mind” position.

Please email us at [customer service email] referencing your order number and include clear photo(s) of the product’s condition. We will review the claim and respond within 3 business days with instructions. 
If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for the faulty/damaged item or request you to ship it back at your cost — we’ll cover this only in confirmed cases of fault/damage.

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for lost or mis-delivered packages due to incorrect address details. 
  • Because our products are handmade and contain natural ingredients, exposure to humidity, heat or sunlight after delivery may affect appearance; such changes are not considered defects. 
  • Custom orders, open containers, used or nearly empty products do not qualify for fault/damage claims.
