At Cinnamon Organics, each product is crafted in small batches using natural and organic ingredients. Due to the handmade nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched. 

Our refund guidelines ensure fairness while upholding the integrity of our small-batch process. 

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind 

All products are made to order and are non-returnable. Refunds or credits will not be issued for: 

  • Change of mind 
  • Differences in colour, scent, or texture (these are natural variations in handmade products) 
  • Incorrect selection or personal dislike after use 

2. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items 

We take great care to package your order securely. If, however, your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel with: 

  • Your order number 
  • Clear photographs of the package and product 

Once verified, we may provide one of the following: 

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability) 
  • A store credit or refund (excluding shipping costs) 

Refunds will be issued only in genuine cases, at our discretion, after internal quality checks. 

3. Cancellations 

Since most of our products are freshly handcrafted after receiving the order: 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. 
  • If you need to cancel immediately after placing the order, email us within 1 hour of purchase. Cancellations are only possible if production has not started. 

4. Refund Timeline 

Once approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Transaction time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. 

5. Non-Refundable Conditions 

No refund is applicable for: 

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling 
  • Used or opened items 
  • Gift cards or promotional items 
  • Orders beyond 7 days of delivery 

6. Policy Philosophy 

Our refund policy reflects our zero-waste and sustainability goals. Each product is handmade with care, and returns/refunds on opened goods can compromise product safety and freshness.
